By using any service provided by All Things Ja Courier Services, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance.
All Things Ja Courier Services provides courier and logistics services including but not limited to:
Shipping services from Florida, USA to Jamaica
Air freight shipping with approximately three shipments weekly
Free scheduled pickup locations at Half-Way Tree Transport Centre (Bus Park) and Portmore Mall
Door-to-door (bearer) delivery services within Kingston, Portmore, and Spanish Town
Islandwide delivery facilitated through Knutsford Express and Jamaica Post (Zipmail)
Warehousing, package handling, and logistics coordination
All Things Ja Courier Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion without prior notice.
Shipments are typically processed approximately three times weekly from Florida to Jamaica. All schedules are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier schedules, inspections, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
All Things Ja Courier Services currently provides:
Free scheduled pickup at Half-Way Tree Bus Park and Portmore Mall
Door-to-door delivery within Kingston, Portmore, and Spanish Town
Islandwide delivery through Knutsford Express and Jamaica Post (customer responsible for applicable third-party courier fees)
Service availability may change based on operational requirements.
All shipments are transported at the customer’s own risk.
All Things Ja Courier Services assumes limited liability for loss, damage, delay, or errors related to shipments.
Responsibility begins when packages are received at our Florida warehouse or collected by our team and ends once the package is delivered, collected, or transferred to a third-party courier service.
We are not responsible for:
Vendor or supplier errors
Incorrect shipping information provided by customers
Packages lost prior to reaching our possession
Delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers
All Things Ja Courier Services is not responsible for damage caused by improper or insufficient packaging by vendors, senders, or customers.
Fragile items including electronics, glassware, liquids, cosmetics, or breakable goods are shipped entirely at the owner’s risk regardless of packaging method.
Customers must ensure all shipments comply with Jamaican laws and international shipping regulations.
Prohibited items include but are not limited to:
Illegal drugs or controlled substances
Firearms, ammunition, or weapons
Explosives, flammable, or hazardous materials
Counterfeit or replica goods
Pornographic or obscene materials
Perishable foods without approval
Live animals
Cash, cheques, or negotiable instruments
Any prohibited item may be confiscated or surrendered to authorities without refund. All Things Ja Courier Services assumes no liability for seizures, fines, or penalties.
Customers are responsible for all customs declarations, duties, taxes, clearance fees, and government charges where applicable.
All Things Ja Courier Services assumes no liability for customs delays, inspections, seizures, or penalties imposed by customs authorities.
Accepted payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, or approved digital payment options.
All payments must be settled before package release or delivery unless otherwise agreed. Payments are generally non-refundable once shipment processing begins.
All claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of package notification or delivery.
Supporting documentation such as receipts, invoices, or photographs may be required. Informal WhatsApp or social media messages do not constitute official claims unless acknowledged by the company.
Packages not collected within a reasonable timeframe after notification may incur storage fees.
Packages remaining uncollected after an extended period may be returned, donated, auctioned, or otherwise disposed of to recover costs. Customers remain responsible for outstanding balances.
Cancellation requests should be made prior to scheduled services where applicable. Fees may apply depending on service preparation already completed.
All Things Ja Courier Services reserves the right to cancel services at its discretion.
All Things Ja Courier Services reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting or notification.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between All Things Ja Courier Services and its customers regarding all services provided.
